In Rome, we managed to meet this crazy Spanish tour guide twice - at the Colliseum, we found her scolding people for being in the wrong line ("you are sly, you are very sly"), and at the Vatican Museum, she was encouraging people to quickly fill in the gaps in line so to prevent line-cutting
